• Downloading, screenshotting, screen recording, copying, reproducing, or distributing any photographs or visual content in any form without prior written consent from R Pro Management.
• Unauthorized use of any content by third parties, including but not limited to photos, logos, or likenesses, constitutes a violation of copyright law.
Conduct Warning:
Any individual found engaging in any of the following behaviour’s — whether online or in person — towards R Pro Management, its artists, or affiliated individuals, may be subject to formal legal and/or police action:
• Harassment or stalking
• Malicious or threatening behaviour
• Verbal abuse or defamation
• Cyberbullying or trolling
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access
• Racist, discriminatory, or defamatory communications
• Contacting third-party service providers (including PR firms or business associates) to harass, defame, or damage the reputation of R Pro Management or its artists
• Any form of conduct that breaches applicable laws
Legal Rights Reserved:
R Pro Management reserves the right to:
• Report any such behaviour to law enforcement authorities and/or relevant third parties;
• Take legal action to seek compensation for financial or reputational loss resulting from unauthorized content use or defamatory online activity.
• We are legally allowed to claim for any loss of business due to financial loss from the online comments or in person comments made.
Photos
Ross e b happy to have photos with anyone if required before or after the event.
Security
Ross e b is not to be in grabbing distance of audience or bothered during his set while
djing unless in a emergency.
Transportation
If ARTIST and purchaser agree that artist is arriving by air, PURCHASER shall, at their
sole cost and expense, including all air tickets from and to the uk this will include
GROUND TRANSPORTATION for DJ ROSS E B and entourage, plus luggage etc…
Between airports, hotel, club venue or location Ross eb is, and return to airport or
locations, upon departure from hotel, club venues etc. One (1) chauffeur-driven car for
DJ ROSS E B is required plus space for equipment carried and agent.
Hospitality
Food and drink be provided before event if 1/ – 2 hours early to venue
HOT MEAL the contracted number of players.
Invoice – payment
All payments are to be made before event – no refund unless 2 months notice has been given to us.
Parking
Parking is to be made available to artist and is a additional cost to venue / Booker / promoter / own / management
Suspension and Termination
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of our Site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use our Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
– Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.
– Issue of a warning to you.
– Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
– Further legal action against you.
– Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
